National Day of Prayer for Police – Prayer Space at Essex Police HQ
Midday to 6 pm Thursday 5 May 2016
Chelmsford 24-7 Prayer was been invited to partner with the Essex Branch of the Christian Police Association (CPA), to open a Prayer Space on the National Day of Prayer for Police, from midday to 6pm on Thursday 6 May 2016.
It was held at the Essex Police College, Kingston Avenue, Chelmsford and was open to police officers and staff and also the public.
Fifteen people came along, including the outgoing Essex Police and Crime Commissioner, Nick Alston. (The PCC elections were being held the same day).
There was a great sense of God’s presence and we hope to hold a similar Prayer Space at Police HQ again in the future.

If you would like to continue to pray for the police, the National CPA have produced a 1 Hour prayer guide for the police for you to download.
