We had a stand at this great event, which was the Christian response to the many Mind, Body & Soul events that have sprung up. It was a great day, with many positive conversations.

Prayer for the Election, 6 May 2015

Between 7.14pm to 8.14pm, Wednesday 6 May 2015, 21 of us joined Christians from all over the Country in an initiative called 7:14 Prayer, (2 Chronicles 7:14), to pray over the General Election and also in our case specifically for the Chelmsford City and Parish Elections, all being held the next day 7 May.

Many gathered in London, but we met outside the Chelmsford City Council Offices, the Civic Centre, Duke Street, (next to the Bus Station) and prayed and walked the immediate area, seeking God’s blessing over the whole process.

This was a time of positive prayer, praying for the Nation and the City as well as the candidates and other’s involved with the whole process.

Nationally, this was a joint venture between ‘The National Day of Prayer and Worship‘ and ‘7:14 Prayer‘, with many other groups supporting it such as ‘24-7 Prayer‘ and ‘YWAM‘.
